Spirit Guides 'Spirit Guides change, some may stay with you from birth until your transition home, while others may come and go. Spirit Guides are here to help you on your path, as do Angels.

Unlike Angels, Spirit Guides take human form, they are souls or spirits that have lived many lifetimes and have gained much wisdom. They are there to help and assist you and are your friends, in fact they are the best friends that you have. They do truly love you and would NEVER do anything to harm you in any way. And even though you may not consciously know it at this time, you already know them.

Spirit beings are often as interested in establishing relationships with us as we are with them. They can serve many functions and take many forms. They can inspire us to abundance, provide insight and information, protect or simply serve as companions. We can all benefit from contact with them and often do so without ever realizing it.'

Guidance Many people have the experience of 'being guided' in their lives, particularly when things get tough! it is believed that we all have help we can call on when we need to, and can connect to this through prayers, dreams and meditations. This is not always easy in the rushed world we live in and when you have a picture to look at and focus on, then it so much easier to connect to that healing energy that is there for you.
